Retrun and Refund Policy
At Mini Band London, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return, replacement, or cancellation in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- All accessories, tags, manuals, and included items must be returned
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period and return the product within 14 days after notifying us.
Items must be returned in reasonable condition and with original packaging where possible.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement:
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the order is cancelled within this time frame, a full refund will be issued.
- If the order has already been shipped, the request will be treated as a return and will follow the standard return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:
- Personalised or customised items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned used, damaged, or missing components
